Policy and Terms

All cancellations/rescheduled appointments must be completed 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time.

To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Once processed, your deposit will be refunded/transferred to your future booking.

Note: Deposits are non-refundable in cases of Late Cancellations/No Shows.

YOU MUST BOOK A PATCH TEST IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT OR RECEIVING A TREATMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THIS SALON. ALL PATCH TESTS MUST BE COMPLETED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TREATMENT. FAILURE TO BOOK THE RELEVANT PATCH TEST WILL RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELLED/DELETED.

I’ve gone to Laura to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done a few times and always leave happy with the results! I had never gotten henna brows done before and they are now my favourite treatment for my eyebrows and thanks to Laura’s advice they can last for about 6 weeks. For my eyelashes, I love to get the lash lift as it makes your lashes look naturally longer and curled - I would definitely recommend Laura, she is so professional and helpful if you’re not sure what will suit you.
